5. The collections of Crown Rents show an improvement, and a statement showing the balancing of the Rent Roll will be found in letter of 24th January 1896.
6. The collections of Village Rents will be specially reported on as soon as possible after the 31st March, the year for these Rents closing on that day.
7. The check on the minor sources of Revenue has been practically complete and has proved satisfactory.
8. Surveys have been made from time to time of the Stocks of Stamps in the Post and Stamp Offices, and have been generally satisfactory. A special report as to one survey was forwarded with letter No 95 of 30th December 1895.
9. The survey of the main stock of Stamps in the vault was made in January 1896 with satisfactory results.
10. The stock of Postal Notes, both local and Imperial, and of watermarked papers in the hands of the Postmaster General, was counted and found to agree with the books.
